Clients, candidates, old friends, and new connections gathered in Dubai in January 2023 to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of InterSearch in the Middle East.
Attending the event was Founder & Chairman, John Robinson, who had the wisdom and foresight to establish one of the first international search firms in Dubai back in the mid-90s when the UAE and Middle East markets were evolving under the visionary leadership of Sheikh Zayed. He was joined by his loyal and highly committed Shareholders from all four InterSearch offices across the GCC – Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia and Oman: Mohammed Al-Kharusi, Nicholas Harvey, Kinda Fakhouri, Harris Karaolides, Daniel Robinson and Hurriya Mirza SHRM-CP.

The party followed the Annual InterSearch Middle East Strategy Day, where the team from all over the region came together to discuss and decide strategic objectives for the coming years to ensure solid and sustainable growth. Following two years of strong performance post-global pandemic, the confidence in emerging markets to invest in key impactful people across the Middle East allows InterSearch to continue to invest in growing their regional footprint and execution capabilities across the broad spectrum of Executive Search and provide more flexible senior executive Interim Management solutions, through Shareek Interim Management Middle East.
