As the account manager of the client, Jörg Dötter, Managing Director of InterSearch Personalberatung in Germany, introduced assignments to other InterSearch members abroad, following to the needs of the client.
In cross-border business it is absolutely essential that there is a close and trustful cooperation between the introducer (in this case InterSearch Personalberatung Germany) and the operator abroad (InterSearch member of the country where the search need is). Jörg Dötter has a degree in economics. He is currently the Head of Standards and Quality Committee at InterSearch Worldwide and was also a Member of the Board. For several years he also led the Automotive Practice Group. He is the Managing Director of InterSearch Personalberatung in Germany for 29 years.
