Commencing his career in executive search with Cordiner King in 2005, Richard worked alongside a variety Partners, delivering searches for a range of mid-cap organisations, government and statutory authorities, professional services firms and top-ranking Australian Universities.
Richard also possesses a unique understanding of the selection and assessment methodologies drawn from the Australian Government's most rigorous national security protocols. Between 2008 and 2012 he held responsibility for the management of complex national security investigations and delivered risk/threat assessments to both foreign and domestic government departments and agencies.
Richard returned to executive search in 2012 when he joined the London-based boutique firm Augmentum Consulting. During this period his clients included global online retailers, tier-1 professional services firms and national infrastructure providers.
Richard holds a B.Comm and BA from the University of Melbourne.
