Sarah brings to our firm a deep understanding of executive search and has conducted assignments across a broad range of industries. She has developed a reputation as one of Australia's leading executive search specialists.
She undertook an international traineeship in economics, working in New York. Later she went to London where she worked for a firm of consulting actuaries before joining the British Constructional Steelwork Association as Commercial Manager, researching opportunities overseas for British steelworks at a time of declining domestic demand.
Back in Australia, Sarah spent five years with the executive search firms Egon Zehnder International and Spencer Stuart & Associates. Sarah also spent eleven years in the external and internal recruitment practices of PwC.
Sarah recently retired as a partner with Cordiner King. During her 14 years, Sarah built an enviable reputation assisting clients with senior appointments across a very wide range of sectors. Sarah also undertook a number of studies assisting the knowledge of the appointment of women to senior positions.
