“This year’s conference has been an exceptional event and as proud member of the InterSearch organization in Poland we have been delighted to heartily welcome so many colleagues to our beautiful old capital town and enjoy the inspiring atmosphere even during our leisure time in the UNESCO heritage locations such as the “Wieliczka” Salt Mine”

said Joanna Czarnocka-Tworzynska, Managing Partner of CTER InterSearch Poland.

The Conference working sessions included team building and international workshops as well as a thorough analysis of global (3000+ assignments carried out in 2016) and cross-border business from both a regional and industry perspective, focussing on marketing communication and global branding – we had a guest speaker Chris White, LinkedIn Global Account Manager for the InterSearch organization presenting on digital disruption and how this will affect the global executive search industry.

The results of the Quality Appraisal Program presented by the Standards & Quality Committee were extremely positive again in 2016 – Clients’ evaluation for successful cross-border assignments rated the performance of the InterSearch organization as “excellent” (35%), “very good” (35%), and “good” (30%).

Jonas Soenens, InterSearch Belgium won this year’s Excellence award.

Charles Aris – ranked among America’s Best Recruiting Firms by Forbes magazine, and Talentia – founder of the awards ”Intrapreneur of the Year” and ” Intrapreneurial Leader of the Year” have been unanimously approved shareholders of InterSearch Worldwide.

During the conference shareholders also appointed the new Board of Directors, who confirmed Peter Waite’s Chairmanship until May 2018. For the next three years the InterSearch leadership will comprise Australia, Belgium, Ireland, Italy and the UAE.

“The newly elected Board will comprise some of the next generation highly motivated to implement ambitious projects that were discussed during the Conference. I’m confident this team will be able to achieve great results”

commented Peter Waite, Chairman of InterSearch Worldwide.

The next annual conference of the InterSearch organization will be hosted in Bruges, Belgium in May 2018.
